I am a germaphobe and public schools harvest germs. After Larry I am now afraid to get sick because compromised immune systems. When I returned to school, however, half the school is sneezing, coughing, and sniffling an there seem to be a few lost arts as to how to keep your germs contained:
1. STAY HOME IF YOU FEEL TERRIBLE
The time to stay home is when you have a fever, are barging, or just feel like crap. I know the work piles up after you miss a day but you never know who you are getting sick. Stay home and sleep!
2. COUGH AND SNEEZE INTO YOUR ELBOW
Into your elbow so your germs are not on your hand when you touch object and so the icky bacteria riddled flem is not released into the air breathed.
3. SANATIZE AND WASH YOUR HANDS
Carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer with you and use it before eating and after touching stuff. Wash your hands after you use the restroom. Don't touch around your eyes, nose, or mouth. This will help prevent sickness.
4. BRING TISSUES
Stop sniffling! Blow your nose! Just like the hand sanatizer they sell small packs of tissues at Target.
